Preventive Eye Care

In Mexico, approximately 1 in 5 adults lives with diabetes, and nearly 1 in 3 people with diabetes develops some degree of diabetic retinopathy, one of the leading causes of preventable blindness among working-age adults.
That is why we believe in early detection.
Our eye health evaluations are designed not only to assess how well a person sees, but also to identify changes that may affect eye health and long-term vision.
Many eye and systemic diseases can affect vision before symptoms appear. Early detection can make a meaningful difference.
Many conditions that can affect vision do not cause pain or noticeable symptoms in their early stages. In many cases, people discover there is a problem only after vision has already been affected.
Diabetes, hypertension, glaucoma, thyroid disease, and certain autoimmune conditions can leave signs in the eyes before changes in vision become apparent.
When to Schedule Preventive Eye Care
You have diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease, or an autoimmune condition
There is a family history of glaucoma, macular degeneration, or other eye diseases
You notice blurry vision, fluctuating vision, headaches, or eye fatigue
You experience dry eyes, redness, or visual discomfort
You spend long hours on digital screens
Many eye diseases develop silently. Regular eye health evaluations can help detect changes early and protect long-term vision.
